摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在本科生妇产科临床教学中的教学效果。方法将218名在我院妇产科实习的2012级学生随机分为两组,观察组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,通过考核评价两组学生的妇产科临床教学效果。结果观察组和对照组学生的基础理论、案例分析、实践能力及总成绩分别为(27.1±2.8)分vs.(25.8±5.2)分;(22.5±6.3)分vs.(20.2±7.9)分;(35.6±4.5)分vs.(33.8±3.7)分;(85.9±12.5)分vs.(78.4±18.3)分,观察组学生各项成绩均显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05);结论 PBL教学法充分调动学生的主动性与积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣和创新能力,从而进一步提高其解决问题与分析问题的能力,有利于提高妇产科临床教学的教育质量。
Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics for undergraduates. Methods A total of 2012 grade 218 students in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group adopted PBL teaching method, while the control group adopted traditional teaching method, the clinical teaching effects of two groups of students were evaluated. Results The observation group and the control group students' basic theory, case analysis and practice ability and total score were (27.1±2.8) vs.(25.8±5.2); (22.5±6.3) vs. (20.2 ±7.9); (35.6±4.5) vs.(33.8±3.7); (85.9±12.5) vs.(78.4±18.3) points, scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05); Conclusion PBL teaching method fully arouses the initiative and enthusiasm of students, and stimulates Students' interest in learning and creativity, further improves their ability to solve problems and analyze problems, it will help to improve the quality of clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.
