摘要
目的探讨临床路径在烧伤科护理带教中的应用效果。方法将我科2015年3—6月的80名护理实习生随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组42人,对照组38人,对照组采用传统方法带教,试验组采用临床路径方法带教,出科时比较两组理论、操作成绩及对带教方法的满意度。结果试验组护理实习生的理论操作成绩及对带教方法的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在烧伤科护理带教中实施护理路径带教,能显著提高临床护理教学质量及护生满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway on nursing teaching in burn department. Methods A total of 80 nursing trainees from March to June 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group had 42 cases, the control group had 38 casese, control group was taught by the traditional method, and the experimental group was taught by clinical pathway, compared two groups of operation achievement and satisfaction to teaching method of students. Results The theoretical operation scores and the satisfaction degree of the teaching methods of the nursing trainees in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing pathway teaching in the nursing department of burn department can significantly improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching and the satisfaction of nursing students.
