广东某电厂石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统效率低的关键原因与改造措施 被引量:8

摘要 以广东某电厂石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫(flue gas desulfurization,FGD)系统为例,针对脱硫装置更换喷淋层后效率仍然偏低的问题进行分析,说明脱硫效率下降的主要原因是FGD系统设计裕量偏小、石灰石浆液颗粒过粗、入口SO_2浓度偏大。建议适当减少石灰石的供给,加强石灰石粉的品质管理,以提高脱硫效率。 Taking the wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system in one Guangdong power plant for an example, this paper analyzes a problem of low efficiency of the desulfurization system after changing its spray layer. It states the main reason is relatively small design margin of the FGD system, over coarse limestone slurry particles and rather large SO2 concentration at the entrance. It suggests to appropriately reduce supply of limestone and strengthen quality management on limestone flour so as to improve desulfurization efficiency.
