微细耗能颗粒对调频型颗粒阻尼器减震效果影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为明确调频型颗粒阻尼器(Tuned Particle Damper,TPD)减震效果的关键影响因素和附加微细耗能颗粒对土木工程领域用调频型颗粒阻尼器减震效果的影响,以某钢筋混凝土框架结构为原型,设计制作了1∶30的缩尺试验模型及可用于该试验模型的调频型颗粒阻尼器,基于选定的TPD参数,通过在阻尼器腔体中附加不同质量的微细耗能铁粉颗粒,利用振动台试验对附加微细耗能颗粒前后调频型颗粒阻尼器减震效果的变化进行了研究。结果表明:依据设计的TPD附加微细耗能颗粒后仍能较有效降低结构在地震作用下的位移响应;激励强度是影响其控制效果的关键因素,随着激励强度的增加,附加微细耗能颗粒TPD的控制效果趋于提高;附加微细耗能颗粒后TPD的减震效果略有降低,土木工程领域颗粒与腔体间相对运动提供的调谐作用是影响TPD减震效果的重要因素。 In order to clarify key factors affecting vibration reduction effects of a tuned particle damper ( TPD ) and study influences of fine energy-dissipating particles on vibration reduction effects of tuned particle dampers used in civil engineering, a 1 : 30 scale test model was designed and manufactured based on a certain reinforced concrete frame, and a TPD used to reduce vibrations of the scaled model was also designed and made. Based on selected parameters of TPD, by adding different amounts of fine energy-dissipating iron powder particles in the damper cavity, the variation of vibration reduction effects of TPD with and without fine particles were studied with shaking table tests. The results showed that the TPD with fine energy-dissipating particles can reduce structural displacement response effectively under earthquake; the excitation intensity is a key factor influencing the TPD , s control effect, its control effect increases with increase in excitation intensity ; the control effect of the TPD with fine energy-dissipating particles slightly drops compared with that of a traditional TPD without fine energy-dissipating particles the tuning action provided by the relative motion betweenparticles and the cavity is an important factor affecting vibration reduction effects of TPDs in civil engineering field.
