摘要
基于白光LED光源和车前灯技术要求,设计出一款适用于车前灯的集光反光杯,光源采用上下双排LED结构,实现远光、近光照明要求.源于光源和目标面效果的逆向分析算法得到反光器的配光曲线,构建出反光器,反光杯结构小巧,能量利用率达到97%.
An optical system with funct ion of convergence and reflecting of light beam has been designed for vehicles headlight when adopting white LEDs as light source. The assembly of double arrays of upper and lower LEDs was selected as l ight source to satisfy the request of high and lower beam light in g . A reversible analysis method, originated from the beam mapping of light source and the target illum ination , was applied to obtain the light distribution curve of the convergent and reflecting system, then construct the re flector, the structure of reflector be compact, but determining the energy transferring efficiency up to 97% .
