超脉冲CO_2点阵激光与Nd:YAG激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效 被引量:9

Clinical Observation: Therapeutic Effect of Ultra-Pulsed CO_2 Laser and Nd:YAG Laser on Acne Scars

摘要 目的比较超脉冲CO_2点阵激光与波长1 320 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法将面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者120例,随机分为A、B两组;A组65例,采用超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗,能量密度40~60mJ/cm^2;B组55例,采用Nd∶YAG激光治疗。结果两组患者瘢痕部位增强典型相关分析法(Enhanced canonical correlation analysis,ECCA)评分,治疗后较治疗前均有降低,组内比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);组间比较,A组明显低于B组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);红斑、色素沉着,A组发生率高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_2点阵激光较Nd∶YAG激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效更优。 Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of CO2 laser and 1 320 nm Nd : YAG laser in treating facial acne scars. Methods Totally 120 patients with facial acnes were randomly divided into Group A and Group B. Patients (n = 65 ) in Group A was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser, and those (n= 55 ) in Group B group with Nd:YAG laser. Results For both groups, the ECCA ( enhanced canonical correlation analysis, an enhanced canonical correlation analysis method, namely, the weight score method) scores were lower than those before the treatment, the differences were statistically different (P 〈 O. 05 ). The ECCA score of Group A was dramatically smaller than that of Group B, and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈 0. 05 ). As to occurrence of complications, there was no significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0. 05). The number of inci- dences of erythema and pigmentation in Group A was larger than that in Group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions There isnt significant difference between the two treatments in incidence of complications. The effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 lattice laser is better than that of Nd : YAG laser in treating acne sears.
