羟基化碳纳米管对亚甲基蓝的吸附作用

摘要 实验针对羟基化碳纳米管(HCNTs)对模拟印染废水(亚甲基蓝溶液)的处理效果开展了相关研究,考察了亚甲基蓝溶液初始pH值和初始浓度、HCNTs投加量及吸附时间等因素对吸附效果的影响。实验得到HCNTs去除废水中亚甲基蓝的最佳条件为:亚甲基蓝初始pH值为8,HCNTs的添加量为400 mg/L,亚甲基蓝初始浓度为20 mg/L,吸附时间为180 min,在最佳工艺条件下亚甲基蓝吸附去除率可达96.9%。本研究结果可为羟基化碳纳米管在水处理方面的应用提供理论参考。 Several adsorption behaviors under different conditions including different pH values,adsorbent dosages,initial concentrations of methylene blue,and adsorption time by using hydroxylated carbon nanotubes as adsorbent and methylene blue as adsorbate were investigated.The optimum conditions of HCNTs removal of methylene blue in wastewater were as follows:initial pH value was 8,content of HCNTs was 400 mg/L,initial concentration of methylene blue was 20mg/L,adsorption time was 180 min.The removal rate can reach 96.9% in the adsorption of methylene blue under the optimum process conditions.These results can provide the basic data for the removal of contaminant by hydroxylated carbon nanotubes.
