摘要
目的研究手足口病患儿血清细胞因子[白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子ɑ(TNF-ɑ)、白介素-6(IL-6)与白介素-10(IL-10)]和免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgG、IgA)表达水平情况及其临床意义。方法选取我院在2014年1月-2016年2月收治的80例手足口病患儿,根据患者病情将患儿分成普通组与重症组,每组40例,同时选取40例健康同龄儿童作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测3组被检者血清细胞因子水平;采用免疫比浊法分别检测3组被检者免疫蛋白水平。结果重症组患儿IL-1β、TNF-ɑ、IL-6与IL-10表达情况均高于普通组与对照组(P<0.05),普通组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);普通组患儿与重症组患儿IgM、IgG、IgA的表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);普通组患儿IgM、IgG、IgA的表达水平与重症组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手足口病患儿中血清细胞因子的表达水平升高,免疫球蛋白的表达水平明显降低,是反应疾病严重程度的标志之一,可作为疾病发生、发展及预后的检测指标。
Objective To investigate the expression level and significance of serum cell factors （IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, IL -10） and IgG （IgM, IgG, IgA） in HFMD children. Methods Eighty children with HFMD treated in our hospital between January 2014 and February 2016 were selected and divided into the common group and severe group ,with forty cases in each group. An- other forty healthy children were chosen as the control group. ELISA was used to detect the levels of serum cell factors and immu- noturbidimetry was used to detect IgG of the three groups. Results Expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in the severe group were higher than in the common group and control group （P〈0. 05 ）, but there was no difference between the latter two groups（ P〉0. 05 ）. Expressions of IgM, IgG and IgA in the common group and severe group were lower than in the control group （ P〈0. 05 ）, but there was no difference between the common group and the severe group （ P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion In patients with HFMD ,expression levels of serum cell factors increase while those of IGG decline,which can serve as marks of disease severity and as test indexes of occurrence, development and prognosis of disease.
