摘要
通过解读GB 50016—2014《建筑设计防火规范》《消防安全技术实务》和GB 30871—2014《化学品生产单位特殊作业安全规范》,论述了液氯生产场所动火级别,提出了液氯生产场所不应划为易燃易爆场所的观点。
By interpreting GB 50016--2014 the code for fire protection design of buildings, the practice of fire safety technology, and GB 30871--2014 safety code of special work in chemical manufactory, the level of hot work in liquid chlorine production site is discussed. A view that the liquid chlorine production site should not be classified as flammable and explosive one is put forward.
