摘要
本文讨论了氧化铝颗粒的粒度、形貌、粘合剂的种类、用量、成膜助剂的选择及陶瓷涂层的厚度对锂离子电池陶瓷涂覆膜的热收缩性能的影响。通过改变各因素中的具体参数,得出了各参数对陶瓷涂覆膜热收缩性能的影响趋势,并对氧化铝颗粒堆积密度、预成膜和涂层支撑强度与基膜热收缩应力之间的关系等进一步的影响因子进行了讨论。
In this paper, we have discussed the effects of size and morphology particle, type and amount of a binder, the choice of film forming agent and the thickness of ceramic coating on the thermal shrinkage of a ceramic coating separator of lithium ion battery. By changing the specific parameters abovementioned, the influence of each parameter on the thermal shrinkage performance of the ceramic coating separator was investigated. A further discussion has been given on the relationship between e.g. packing density of alumina particles, preformed film and coating strength and the thermal shrinkage stress.
