妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退的诊治进展 被引量：14

摘要 妊娠期甲状腺功能减退可能对胎儿的发育造成不良影响,由于亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者症状隐匿,诊断主要依据血清学指标,不易及早诊断。目前,对于亚临床甲状腺功能减退的诊断标准及治疗仍存在争议。此外,自身免疫性甲状腺疾病对妊娠结局影响的研究也越来越多,甲状腺自身抗体阳性的妊娠妇女是否进行甲状腺素的治疗仍存在争议,本文将就以上问题作一综述。
