摘要
目的了解肥胖小学生的肥胖相关知识、态度及行为情况,为制定有针对性的健康教育和干预措施提供依据。方法抽取上海市金山区某校低年级2016年学生健康检查中检出的全部肥胖小学生149名及其家长,用自行设计的问卷进行相关知识、态度及行为调查。结果被调查的低年级肥胖小学生肥胖相关知识综合知晓率为54.63%,其家长肥胖相关知识知晓率也仅为76.64%;"专家/老师指导"是肥胖小学生们最期望的获取肥胖知识的来源,在实际中,他们获取知识的途径主要是父母、医疗保健过程中、健康教育课等;肥胖小学生每日户外运动≥1 h的人数不足50%,花在看电视和电脑上的时间每日超过1 h的,上学期间占比23.49%,假期高达63.76%。结论对肥胖小学生进行健康教育和肥胖干预,应有针对性地先提高家长们的肥胖知晓率,然后,选择肥胖小学生最易接受的途径和方式,加强健康教育;同时,积极引导肥胖小学生们加强户外运动,减少室内静态时间。
[Objective]To understand obesity-related knowledge,attitudes and behavior among obese pupils,provide evidence for the development of targeted measures of health education and interventions.[Methods]All of 149 pupils who were diagnosed as obesity in the health examination in 2016 were collected from low-grade of a school in Jinshan District of Shanghai. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the obesity-related knowledge,attitudes and behavior.[Results] The awareness rate of obesity-related knowledge among junior obese pupils was 54.63 %,and that in their parents was 76.64%. Guidance from expert/teacher was the most desirable way to obtain knowledge for obese pupils. However,in reality,they acquired knowledge mainly from parents,health care process,and health education classes. The proportion of obese pupils spending over 1 hour every day on outdoor exercise was less than 50%,while the proportion of obese pupils watching television and computer over 1 hour every day was 23.49% during the school time and reached 63.76% during holidays.[Conclusion]The health education and interventions against obesity among obese pupils should firstly increase the awareness rate of obesity-related knowledge among their parents,and then strengthen health education by selecting the most acceptable ways and means for obese pupils,at the same time,actively encourage obese pupils to enhance the outdoor exercises and reduce the indoor static time.
