摘要 目的探讨SWI磁敏感在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病诊断中的临床价值;方法选取牡丹江市妇女儿童医院新生儿科2015年1月至2016年12月确诊的新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿86例,所有患儿接受头部MR平扫(T1WI、T2WI及FLAIR)、DWI、SWI扫描及头部CT扫描。患儿检查前接受必要检查前准备,将检查结果分别进行检出率、病灶数目、大小、范围及边界清晰度进行对比分析;结果 SWI序列扫描对HIE患儿出血灶的检出率优于MR平扫、DWI及CT扫描,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);SWI序列扫描对病灶数目、大小、范围及边界清晰度优于MR平扫、DWI及CT扫描,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论 SWI扫描序列的应用对新生儿HIE出血性病灶的检出及评估具有明显优势,为临床治疗及预后评估具有重要价值,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical value of SWI magnetic susceptibility in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic - ische- mic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods 86 newborn diagnosed neonatal hypoxic -ischemic encephalopathy were selected in Mudan- jiang City Women and Children Hospital neonatal department from January 2015 to December 2016, All children underwent head MR scan (T1WI, T2WI and FLAIR) , DWI, SWI scans and head CT scans. Before the examination, All children were received the neces- sary examination before the preparation, the number of lesions, size, scope and boundary clarity were detected and compared. Results The detection rate of SWI sequence scan in children with HIE was better than that in MR scan, DWI and CT scan, and there was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) ; The number, size, range and boundary clarity of SWI sequence scan were better than MR scan, DWI and CT scan, and were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of SWI scanning sequence has obvious advantages in the detection and evaluation of neonatal HIE hemorrhagic lesions, and is of great value, worthy of clinical application for clinical treatment and prognosis.
