摘要
基于全面质量管理理念的在线开放课程质量保障体系,要坚持"三全原则",即全过程、全要素、全员,也即"全过程为主线、全要素贯穿始终、全员参与"的"三全式"在线开放课程质量保障体系。其保障策略是研发在线开放课程质量标准确保目标实现,构建制度促进在线学习的真正发生,建立配套的考试评价方式实现有效反馈。
In the quality guarantee systemof online open courses based on the all-round quality management, the ＂three principles＂ should be upheld, namely all process, all elements and all people, also namely the ＂three-all＂ quality guarantee system of online open courses including all process as the main line, all elements throughout it and all people for participation. The guarantee strategy is aimed at developing the online open course quality standards to ensure the achievement of the goals, establishing a system to promote online learning to really happen and building a complete set of methods for testing evaluation to realize an effective feedback
