摘要
为控制沥青混合料生产过程中级配变异过大,防止铺筑后的路面产生由混合料级配变异引起的病害,利用分形几何理论对级配的变异性进行研究,给出了控制级配变异性的技术参数。用分形几何理论推导出混合料级配的分形表达式,得到分形理论下描述级配变异性的方法;钻取有车辙病害的路面芯样,通过室内试验得到路面的实际级配数据,计算出相应的级配变异性大小,分析分形几何理论下的级配变异性情况。结果表明:分形几何理论能够很好地从另一个角度去描述沥青混合料的级配变异性,可以用具体的数值来体现实际道路的级配与生产配合比之间的变异情况,为沥青混合料级配提供新的技术参数,有效防止在沥青混合料生产施工过程中级配变异偏大,确保沥青混合料的级配符合工程要求。
In order to control the excessive variation of grade in the production process of asphalt mixture, and to prevent the paved pavement from disease caused by gradation variation of mixture, the variability of gradation is studied with fractal geometry theory, and the technical parameters for controlling gradation variation is proposed. Based on the fractal geometry theory, the fractal expression of mixture gradation is derived, and the method for describing the gradation variability with fractal geometry theory is obtained. After drilling the pavement core samples with rutting diseases, the gradation data of the pavement are obtained by laboratory test, the corresponding gradation variability is calculated, and the gradation variation under the fractal geometry theory is analyzed. The result shows that the fractal geometry theory can describe the gradation variability of asphalt mixture well from another point of view, and the specific values can be used to reflect the variation between road gradation and production mixture ratio, to provide a new technical parameter for the asphalt mixture gradation, then to effectively prevent the variation being large during asphalt mixture production and construction process, and to ensure that the gradation of asphalt mixture conforms to the engineering requirement.
