软弱土质类相似材料的配比试验结果分析 被引量:17

摘要 以石膏和洗衣液为胶结剂,石英砂为粗骨料,重晶石粉为细骨料,膨润土为调节剂,通过正交设计试验配制了地质力学模型试验中的软弱土质相似材料,研究了骨胶比、洗膏比、重晶石粉含量、膨润土掺量、含水量等因素对相似材料密度、粘聚力、内摩擦角、压缩模量和泊松比等参数的影响规律,采用R法和方差法分析了各因素的敏感性及显著性。结果表明:两种分析方法所得结果具有较好的一致性,能够对各因素影响指标的重要程度做出合理判断;膨润土掺量是相似材料密度、泊松比参数的主控因素,对粘聚力和内摩擦角也具有明显影响,对压缩模量影响极不显著;相似材料密度、内摩擦角和泊松比随膨润土掺量的增加呈减小趋势,而粘聚力将会明显提高;洗膏比对压缩模量指标影响较为明显,对其他参数影响较小;含水量对压缩模量影响最大,对密度和泊松比指标影响次之;通过MATLAB程序进行多元线性回归分析,得到了相似材料配比的经验方程。 By taking laundry detergent and plaster as the cementing agents,sand as the coarse aggregate,barite powder as the fine aggregate and bentonite as the regulator,the similar material of soft soil in the geomechanical model test is prepared through an orthogonal test,and then the laws of the impacts from the factors of aggregate-cement ratio,laundry detergent-plaster ratio,barite powder content,bentonite mixture ratio,water content,etc. on the parameters of the density,cohesion,internal friction angle,compression modulus,Poisson ratio,etc. of the similar material are studied,while the sensitivities and significances of all the factors are analyzed with the range analysis and the variance analysis methods. The results show that the results from both the methods have better consistency,from which reasonable judgments on the importance degrees of the impact-indexes of all the factors can be made,i. e. the bentonite mixture ratio is the dominative factor for the parameters of the density and Poisson ratio of the similar material,which also has a significant impact on the cohesion and internal friction angle,but no any obvious impact on the compression modulus; the density,internal friction angle and Poisson ratio of the similar material present reducing trends along with the increase of the bentonite mixture ratio,while the cohesion is to be significantly increased; impact from the laundry detergent-plaster ratio on the index of the compression modulus is more obvious,but not larger on the other parameters.; the impact from the water content on the compression modulus is the largest,and then is less on the indexes of both the density and the Poisson ratio. Finally,the empirical equations for the mixture ratio of the similar materials are obtained through the multivariable linear regression analysis made with MATLAB.
