摘要
藜麦是一种多功能性农产品,2013年被联合国粮农组织定为"国际藜麦年"。随着人们健康意识的不断提高,藜麦或将很快走进千家万户,进而成为新主粮。但受一定因素限制,藜麦产业发展中还存在一定问题。从山西省静乐县藜麦的种植、经营、销售3个方面出发进行探索,找出问题并提出了相应的解决办法,以期对山西省藜麦产业发展起到参考作用。
Quinoa is a versatile agricultural product, which is designated as ＂International Year of Quinoa＂ by FAO in 2013. With the people＇s health awareness continues to improve, quinoa or will soon go into the tens of thousands of households and then becomes a new staple food. However, it is restricted by certain factors, there are still some problems in the development of quinoa industry. This paper explores from the quinoa cultivation, management, sales of three aspects, to identify problems and put forward the corresponding solutions, which will play a reference role in the development of quinoa industry in Shanxi province.
