摘要
文章采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取木姜花和木姜子果实挥发油,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对挥发油成分进行分析比较。结果表明:从木姜花的花及叶片、榕江县木姜子、雷山县木姜子中分别分离到22,15,24,23种成分;其中木姜花和木姜子中相同成分有8种,分别是(Z)-柠檬醛、柠檬醛、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、芳樟醇、橙花醇、(Z)-3,7-二甲基-3,6-辛二烯醛、3,7-二甲基-3,6-辛二烯醛和香叶醇,这些成分各占木姜花的花、木姜花叶片、榕江县木姜子、雷山县木姜子总成分的89.208%,83.39%,77.055%,78.739%。
The essential oils of Elsholtzia cypriani and Litsea cubeba are extracted by steam distillation and their chemical components are isolated and identified by GC-MS. The Results show that there are 22,15,24, 23 kinds of components identified from flowers and leaves of Elsholtzia cypriani and Litsea cubeba in Rongjiang county and Leishan county respectively. Among them, 8 same ingredients are found in four kinds of essential oils, they are (Z)-citral, citral, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, nerol, ( Z)-3,7-dimethyl-3, 6-octadien, 3, 7-dimethyl-3, 6-octadien and geraniol, which account for 89. 208%, 83. 39%, 77. 055%, 78. 739 % of total essential oils respectively.
