摘要
本文应用ANSYS Workbench建立汽车车架的三维实体模型,进行网格划分,施加约束和载荷,建立汽车车架有限元模型,并对各个工况下的车架进行静力学分析,得到相应的应力和变形分布图,根据数据分析各种工况下应力较高区域的成因,校核了车架的强度。
Applying ANSYS Workbench to build three - dimensional model of automobile frame, mesh the model, apply restraint and load, then establish the finite element model of automobile frame. The static analysis of the frame under different working conditions is carried out, and the corresponding stress and deformation distribution patterns are obtained. Based on these data, the causes of higher stress area under different working conditions are analyzed, and the strength of the frame is checked.
