摘要
介绍西门子S7-200PLC、HMI人机界面和变频器在反渗透污水处理控制系统中的应用。阐述系统控制的原理,方案设计思路;设计系统流程图,简介软件程序。经现场运行结果证明,系统稳定性高,操作简单有效,同时结合人机界面HMI的应用,实现系统的状态可视化和控制智能化,污水处理和节能环保要求得以实现。
The application ofPLC, HMI, human-computer interface and frequency converter are introduced in reverse osmosis water-treating system. The principle diagram is analyzed, the control system flow chart and software program are introduced. PLC terminals wiring diagram is given. Through site operation, the system is proved good at reliability, stability, simplicity and intuition. Also, depend on the application of HMI, it realizes system mode visualization and intelligence control achieves water-treating and environmental protection requirements.
