摘要
以回收PET、二甘醇、己二酸为原料,合成聚酯多元醇。简述了合成PET聚酯多元醇的工艺。对反应温度、反应时间、物料配比、真空度、副产物移除、催化剂用量等对合成聚酯树脂的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,当反应温度控制在240℃左右,醇:PET摩尔比为1.31~1.35,真空度大于0.09 MPa,催化剂质量分数为0.5%时,合成的PET聚酯多元醇达到聚氨酯胶粘剂的应用要求。
Using recycled PET, diethylene glycol and adipic acid as raw materials, polyester polyol can synthesized. In this paper, the synthesis process of polyster polyol from recycled PET was introduced. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, raw material ratio, vacuum degree, the removal of by-product and amount of catalyst on polyester resin synthesis was analyzed. The result shows that, when the reaction temperature is around 240 ℃, the molar ratio of diethylene glycol to PET is 1.31~1.35, vacuum degree is more than 0.09 MPa, catalyst dosage is 0.5%, synthesized PET polyester polyol can meet the application requirements of polyurethane adhesive.
