摘要
本文围绕铁路超限检测的关键问题,论述建立铁路超限检测系统的基本内容,在分析铁路超限检测系统技术路线及各模块运作功能的基础上,建立以红外传感器与高速摄像机相结合的铁路超限检测系统,为铁路车辆的超限检测提供新的理念和手段。在明确铁路超限检测系统研究是以列车动态运行状态为背景的同时,提出系统多因素交互作用的动态检测关系。本文对铁路超限检测系统的硬件结构进行分析,阐述各部分的设置情况,并对铁路超限检测系统的模块进行分析,阐述各模块的工作原理及功能,最终实现对铁路车辆超限状态的动态检测。
This paper discusses the basic content of the establishment of railway out-of-gauge detection system, focusing on the key issues of railway out-of-gauge detection. This paper establishes the railway out-of-gauge detection system which combines infrared and high-speed video camera technology, based on the analysis of railway out-of- gauge detection technical route and the operation function of each module, in order to provide new ideas and methods for railway out-of-gauge detection. Making it clear that train dynamic operation status is the research background of the railway out-of-gauge detection system, the dynamic detection relationship of multi-factor interaction of system is proposed. This paper analyzes the hardware structure of the railway out-of-gauge detection system, and expatiates the setting of each part. Besides, after analyzing the modules of the railway out-of-gauge detection system, the paper expatiates the work principle and the function of each module and finally realizes the dynamic detection of railway vehicle out-of-gauge status.
