摘要
"木耳蘑"是一种比较好吃的野生子囊菌,在新疆南部和山西北部颇为著名,味道鲜美,质地细腻,在可食的子囊菌中属上乘之品,但因其学名比较混乱,给同类研究带来诸多不便。采用形态分类学和分子生物学相结合的方法对其进行分类学鉴定,证明"木耳蘑"的学名是棱柄马鞍菌(Helvella lacunosa)。
"Muer" mushroom is the local name given to a wild ascomycetes, it is deeply loved by local people in Southern Xinjiang and Northern Shanxi province for its taste and nutrition. However, the mushroom does not have a unified scientific name, which bring some inconvenience to the scholar who do the same research. Although the taxonomic status of this wild edi- ble mushroom is unclear, we suggested that the correct scientific name for "Muer" mushroom is Helvella lacunose based on morphological characteristics and molecular sequences.
