摘要
目前,我国建筑工程项目施工过程中隐性质量成本过高,若不对其实施控制,必然出现"效益漏斗".运用贝叶斯网络构建了建筑施工项目隐性质量成本的控制模型,结合获取的先验知识以及寻找到的证据,通过模型的因果推理与诊断推理,及时掌握施工过程中隐性质量成本的状态并发现关键影响因素,以便采取针对性的控制措施.可提高管理者对施工过程中隐性质量成本实行全面、动态管理的针对性和实效性.
At present, the hidden quality cost during construction of Chinese architectural engineering project ishigh, which means that, the "benefit funnel" would appear if not implement control. By means of Bayesiannetwork, this article established the control model of hidden quality cost during construction of architecturalengineering project. Based on combining with the priori knowledge obtained and evidence founded, through thecasual reasoning and diagnosis inference, it grasped the status of hidden quality cost during construction anddiscovered key influence factors. At last, it adopted targeted measures to enhance managersr pertinence andeffectiveness of implementing comprehensive as well as dynamic management during construction.
