摘要
基于胱氨酸在酸性条件下对高锰酸钾-甲醛化学发光体系的增强作用,建立了化学发光法对胱氨酸的分析。考察了高锰酸钾、甲醛及酸性条件对发光强度的影响。在优化实验条件下胱氨酸在2.5×10^(-5)~2.5×10^(-3)mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为I=134.76+547.17c(R=0.9976);检出限2.49×10^(-6)mol/L;平行测定11次浓度为2.5×10^(-5)mol/L胱氨酸标准溶液的发光强度值,相对标准偏差为2.7%。
A new static chemiluminescence (CL) method was developed for the detection of cystine based on its enhance function to the chemiluminescence reaction of potassium permanganate with formaldehyde in condition of hydrochloric acid. The main factors affecting the determination were investigated. Under optimum conditions, the linear range for the determination of cystine was 2.5 × 10-5 - 2. 5 × 10 -3 mo]/L, the regression equation is △I = 547.17c + 134.76 ( r = 0. 9976), the determination limit was 2. 49 × 10-6 mol/L, and the relative standard deviation was 2.7% for 11 measurements to 2.5 × 10 -5 mol/L cystine.
