摘要
采用XRD、OM、SEM研究了Ti_(49)Ni_(51)形状记忆合金在450℃退火40、60和80 min时的组织,并研究了不同状态下其显微硬度和压缩力学性能。结果表明:Ti_(49)Ni_(51)合金450℃退火后晶粒均为细长纤维状;当退火60 min时,合金表现出高的抗压强度和大的弹性应变,表现出较好的超弹性特性和良好的形状记忆效应。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of Ti49Ni51 shape memory alloy were investigated by XRD, OM and SEM after annealed at 450℃ for 40 rain, 60 min and 80 rain, respectively. The results show that the grain shape of the Ti^Nis~ alloy annealed at 450℃ is fibrous. Under the annealing time of 60 min, the alloy exhibits the high compressive strength and large elastic strain, which exhibits the good super-elasticity and good shape memory effect.
