摘要
基于模拟植物生长算法对双辊连铸机主轴结构进行优化设计,设计变量为主轴直径,优化目标为运行可靠性和主轴质量,建立了数学模型。采用该模型,优化设计了双辊连铸机主轴结构,通过江苏某公司车间建模实验,该方法较为科学和有效。
Based on plant growth simulation algorithm, the design of twin roll caster machine spindle structure was optimized taking the diameter of spindle as design variables, and the optimization goal was the reliability and quality of the spindle. A mathematical model was established. By using this model, the spindle structure of twin roll caster machine was designed. The experiment had proved that this method was scientific and effective.
