基于费效比分析对H电机厂组装线改善的研究
摘要
基于对H电机厂某种电机组装线的研究,通过对其线平衡率与费效比曲线变化趋势确定瓶颈时间的目标值,以求以较少的投入获得较大的线平衡率提升效果。
