摘要
目的:阐述民族药白英研究及专利的现状。方法:以"白英""白毛藤""Solanum lyratum Thunb.""Solanum lyratum"为主题词,检索1960-2016年期间收载于"中国知网""Pubmed"的文献。结果:白英相关论文218篇,专利375项;论文内容以单味药抗肿瘤机制研究为主,复方临床经验及实验研究次之;375项专利中,复方专利涉及治疗肿瘤多达206项,其他类计162项,单味药专利仅7篇。结论:白英论文与专利文献中,涉及抗肿瘤研究的量最大,提示应加强白英抗肿瘤机制与药效研究,为研发有效的抗肿瘤新药及临床治疗肿瘤提供实验参考。
Objective：This paper expounded the research and patent status of Solanum lyraturn Thunb. Methods：It retrieved the literatures,BaiYing,Baimaoteng, Solanum lyratum Thunb. ,Solanum lyratum as the keyword, in CNKI and Pubmed from 1960 to 2016. Results： A total of 218 papers and 375 patents were obtained. The literatures is given priority to with the anti-tumor mecha- nism of single herb,clinical experience and experimental study of compound followed. There are 206 patents about tumors and 262 other types in compound patent, but only seven single herb patents. Conclusion： The study involved the largest amount of the anti- tumor, suggesting that the mechanism should be strengthened anti-tumor efficacy of single-depth study and research, experimental data and reference for the development of effective anti-tumor drugs and clinical treatment of cancer.
