摘要
目的探讨集束化管理在团体性体检人群的应用及效果。方法我医院2016年1~5月体检中心接收24个体检团体,含913例体检人群作为对照组,2016年6~10月体检中心共接收25个体检团体,含981例体检人群作为观察组,对照组按照常规流程安排体检活动,观察组采用集束化管理安排体检流程,比较两组团体性体检人群的体检耗时及体检服务满意度。结果观察组的体检耗时显著低于对照组,P=0.001;观察组体检人群对体检安排、体检流程、导检服务及健康教育的满意度显著高于对照组,P<0.001。观察组健康知识知晓率、护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化管理可缩短团体性体检人群的体检耗时,提升体检服务满意度。
Objective To explore application and effect of cluster management on people with physical examinations in groups. Methods 24 physical examination groups including 913 people with physical examination who were received in Medical Examination Center of our hospital from January 2016 to May 2016 were set as the control group. 25 physical examination groups including 981 people with physical examination who were received in Medical Examination Center from June 2016 to October 2016 were set as the observation group. The control group was arranged physical examinations according to conventional process while the observation group was arranged physical examinations by adopting cluster management. Time for physical examinations and satisfaction with physical examination service of 2 groups of people with physical examinations were compared. Results Time for physical examinations of the research group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, P=0.001. Satisfaction with the arrangement, process, guiding service and health education of people with physical examinations in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.001. Awareness rate of health knowledge and nursing quality score of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group. The comparative difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Cluster management can reduce time for physical examinations for people with physical examinations in groups and improve satisfaction with physical examination service.
