摘要
搭建了激光点火实验台,设计不同尺寸和结构的微小燃烧室用以研究含硼推进剂在微小燃烧室中的点火燃烧特性及推进性能.实验结果表明:大管径有利于点火且利于燃烧充分,但是燃烧速度较慢,而小管径有利于提高推进性能;喷嘴管的燃烧速度稍微大于直管,但是直管的点火性能最优且燃烧强度大,而突变管的推进性能最优.
In order to study the ignition and combustion characteristics and propulsion performance of boron-containing propellant in the small-sized combustion chamber, a laser ignition test-bed was established and some small-sized combustion chambers with different size and structure were designed. The results show that: the large diameter is beneficial to ignition and combustion but has low combustion velocity, and the small diameter is helpful to improve the propulsion performance; the tube without nozzle has better ignition property and stronger burning intensity but a little lower combustion velocity than the tubes with nozzle, and the mutated tube has the best propulsion performance.
