摘要
针对皮带运输机单片机监控系统的落后现状和自动化监控改造需求,制定了基于PLC的监控系统改造和设计方案,并分别从传感器的选择与安装、PLC控制系统的硬件设计与实现、监控网络构建、井上监控软件开发等方面进行了详细研究。该系统的实际应用效果良好,有效地减少了设备的异常停机时间和巡检人员数量,极大地提升了煤矿企业的安全生产效力。
In view of the backward status of the single-chip microcomputer supervisory control system of belt conveyor and the demand of automation monitoringand control,a monitoring and control system based on PLC is designed and reconstructed.The detailed research iscarried out from the aspects of sensor selection and installation,hardware design and implementation of PLC control system,monitoring network construction and software development of well monitoring.The practical application of the system hasreduced the equipment downtime and the number of inspection staff,greatly enhanced the coal mine production efficiency.
