摘要
目的研制适合木质音箱表面使用的喷涂聚脲弹性体,拓展喷涂聚脲的应用领域,解决当前木质音箱表面防护与美观的涂装需求。方法以异氰酸酯预聚物为A组分,聚醚多元醇及胺基扩链剂为B组分,采用高压无气喷涂方法制备喷涂聚脲弹性体。通过研究异氰酸酯含量、扩链剂种类与用量、聚醚多元醇等因素,对聚脲凝胶速度、硬度、伸长率、外观等性能的影响,研制出适合音箱表面喷涂使用的聚脲产品,并对聚脲产品进行了物理性能及耐介质性能测试。结果对音箱用喷涂聚脲弹性体的异氰酸酯含量进行筛选,确定在18%~24%之间较为合适,最终采用21%。通过对扩链剂的筛选,确定扩链剂1和扩链剂2质量比为2:1时,可以满足施工和表观的要求。为实现涂层既刚又韧的特性,确定聚醚多元醇mPPG2000:mTMN3050=1.6:1最合适。另外,喷涂聚脲样片的物理性能以及耐介质性能良好。结论成功研制出适合木质音箱表面使用的喷涂聚脲材料,此音箱用聚脲具有良好的力学强度及表观效果。同时,介绍了音箱聚脲的实际喷涂使用及喷涂技巧,结果表明在音箱表面可以起到良好的装饰和防护效果。
The work aims to study and develop spray polyurea elastomer to be used on the surface of wooden voice box, expand application field of spray polyurea elastomer, and meet the demand of surface protection and elegant coating of the wooden voice box. The spray polyurea elastomer was prepared mainly from isocyanate (as A component) as well as polyether polyols and amine chain extender (B component) in high-pressure airless spraying method. The effects of such factors including isocyanate content, chain extender type and volume and polyether polio on properties including gel velocity, hardness, elonga-tion and appearance of polyurea were discussed. Polyurea products applicable to surface painting. Physical performance and medium resistance tests were performed to spraying polyurea products. Proper isocyanate content of spray polyurea elastomer was determined as 18%~24%. Finally, isocyanate content was defined as 21%. Construction and appearance requirements could be met when weight ratio of selected chain extender 1 versus extender 2 was 2:1. Proper weight ratio of PPG2000 versus TMN3050 was 1.6:1, which can achieve both rigid and tough characteristics. In addition, physical performance and medium re- sistance tests performed to spray polyurea showed that both properties were favorable. The spray polyurea elastomer applicable to surface of wooden voice box was developed and studied successfully. The results show that the spray polyurea elastomer ex-hibits favorable mechanical strength and decoration performance. Furthermore, practical application and spraying technique are introduced. The practical application shows that the material could have a very good decorative and protecting effects on the surface of voice box.
