摘要
大量生产实践表明,回采巷道顶板为薄基岩时,矿压显现剧烈。同时,由于采掘接替紧张,相邻工作面未回采完毕就进行下一工作面回采巷道的掘进,造成掘进巷道处于复杂的应力环境中,严重影响回采巷道围岩的稳定性。通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件从回采巷道所受的应力场、塑性区以及锚杆锚索受力等方面验证了支护方案的合理性,通过现场矿压观测结果,分析了薄基岩矿压显现规律。
Considerable production practice showed that mining pressure was severe when the roof of mining roadway was thin bedrock. Besides, due to excavation-mining replacement, driving roadway began excavation before adjacent work face mining was done, which led to complex stress circumstance in roadway, seriously affecting the stability of surrounding rock. Based on FLAC3D software, this paper investigated the feasibility of bolt and cable supporting scheme from the aspects of roadway stress field, plastic zone and force on anchor cable, analyzed mining pressure behavior in thin bedrock through field test.
