摘要 针对24 GHz的FMCW雷达,探讨了雷达水位测量系统的关键技术,设计了开环VCO曲线校正方法,提出了基于契比雪夫多项式的Chirp Z快速变换及其具体设计,开发了基于DSP(TMS320F28335)的雷达水位测量装置样机,实验表明采用上述方法可实现良好的测量精度,在10 m范围内误差不超过±2 cm,可实现连续快速的在线测量,节约了测量时间,在调制带宽有限的情况下,提高了系统的测量效率。 This paper discusses the key technologies of FMCW radar level gauge system in terms of its applications of water level measurement, especially in flash floods disaster. The open-loop calibration method of VCO curve was designed and the fast implementation of Chirp Z Transform based on Chebyshev's polynomials was introduced. We developed the radar level gauge system based on DSP ( TMS320F28335 ). Experimental results showed that the above method can achieve good measurement accuracy : error less than 2 cm in 10 m ranges. The radar level gauge system can do continuous on-line measurement fast. It saved measurement time and Improved the measurement efficiency in limited modulation bandwidth, especially for the case of water torrents disasters with water level changing fast.
