摘要
对钛合金相变点的定义、分类以及检测方法进行了描述.重点讲述了钛合金相变点几种常用的检测方法,例如金相法、计算法、差热法等,并通过金相法来说明钛合金相变点的检测过程,描述了金相法检测相变点过程中遇到的问题以及一些常见问题的一般解决办法.通过对上述几种方法的相互比较,简单阐述了这几种方法的优缺点以及同一个钛合金使用这几种方法检测结果的差异,其结果一致性比较好.在生产与检测过程中,只有通过这几种方法的相互配合,才能更加准确便捷地确定钛合金相变点,从而有力地指导日常生产科研工作.
In this paper,the definition,classification and detection methods of the transformation point of titanium alloy are described.The several commonly used detection methods of the transformation point of titanium alloy are introduced in detail,such as the metallographic method,the calculation method,the differential thermal method etc.the detection process of the transformation point of titanium alloy is illustrated through the metallographic method,and problems incountered in the detection process of the transformation point by using the metallographic method,as well as some common solutions to common problems are described.Through the comparison of the above methods,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and the difference of the results of the same titanium alloy detected by using these methods are briefly described,and the results are in good agreement.In the process of production and testing,only through the cooperation of these methods,the transformation point of titanium alloy can be determined more accurately and conveniently,so as to guide the daily production and scientific research work effectively.
