摘要
直流线路避雷器于2013年首次应用中国输电线路,为了解其运行状况及运行过程中存在的问题,笔者跟踪了某直流±500 k V输电线路试运行线路避雷器的运行情况,发现自安装直流避雷器后,该线路雷击故障明显下降,然而大多数避雷器计数器却并未动作。对该线路在运直流避雷器进行了现场抽样检测,结果表明:仅1个计数器存在缺陷,现场抽测的13基避雷器底座绝缘电阻值下降明显。分析认为,避雷器绝缘底座绝缘性能过低可能是计数器未正常动作的原因之一,而绝缘部件老化、外部积污及绝缘瓷件损坏均可导致缘底座绝缘性能急剧下降。提出了将瓷质绝缘底座更换材质或在瓷套外加装柔性绝缘护套来减小外界对绝缘件本体的压强,及统一避雷器底座绝缘电阻值判断标准的建议。
As a new technique, DC MOA of transmission line is first applied on the transmission line in 2013. In order to study the running conditions and the existential questions in the running process of the DC MOA, the running condition of the trial operation of DC MOA on DC ±500 kV transmission line is tracking studied, the run- ning condition shown that the lightning faults of the DC ±500 kV transmission line decreased significantly after the DC MOA installed, but the majority of DC MOA counter has no action. The field sampling detection of the DC MOA is carried out by the authors, the test results shown that only one DC MOA counter existing defects, and the insulation resistance of the insulation base decreased significantly. The author holds that the low insulation of the insulation base maybe one of the reasons for the contamination accumulation and insulated porcelain no action of the counters, insulating components aging and damaged and other reasons all can result in insulation resis- tance decreased significantly. The suggestions of add a flexibility insulating sheath to the porcelain insulation base or changing the insulation base material are proposed, and the criterion of the insulation resistance for the MOA insulation base should unified is also proposed in the paper.
