企业社区关系与企业社区参与研究——以“汉营模式”为例 被引量:7

摘要 作为企业社会责任的重要内容之一,社区关系对于企业的生存和发展有着重要的意义。云南磷化集团昆阳磷矿在社区关系建设过程中打造的"汉营模式"取得了良好的实践效果。本文以此为案例,总结了"汉营模式"的成功经验,并通过分析具体实践,揭示了企业社区关系的三要素,即企业盈利、企业责任意识、社区参与意识;同时,本文解析了企业社区关系发展中的企业社区参与的实施过程,结果表明基础性参与策略对于企业社区关系的发展具有决定性作用,并在此基础上构建了企业社区参与的分区模型。研究结果不仅有助于丰富企业社区关系研究的相关理论,也可为企业开展社区关系实践提供借鉴。 As one of the most important contents in corporate social responsibility (CSR) , corpo-rate community relations (CCR) is of great significance for the existence and development of en-terprises. This paper takes Kunyang Phosphate of Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group as a case study and summarizes its successful experiences: "Hanying Model",Based on analysis of its prac-tices, this research reveals three elements of corporate community relations, i. e. corporate prof-it, corporate sense of responsibility, and community sense of engagement. Besides,the process of corporate community involvement practice is analyzed, the result of which demonstrates the decisive role played by primary involvement strategies in corporate community relations. A subar-ea model of corporate community involvement is built based on this conclusion. The research re-sults will not only enrich the theories of corporate community relations? but also inspire corporate actions in developing the relationship with community.
