摘要
手术是治疗疾病的重要临床手段,手术治疗的创伤性和高风险性决定了以手术治疗为主的外科是医疗纠纷的高发区。加强手术治疗过程中的医患沟通,对增强医患之间的理解和信任、构建和谐的医患关系具有重大意义。手术前的医患沟通重点是落实患者的知情同意权,手术中医务人员的言谈举止要谨慎,手术后的医患沟通主要侧重于为患者排忧解难。
Surgery is an important means to treat diseases, and the high risk and traumatic effect of surgeries result in the high risk of medical dispute in clinical surgery. It is constructive for the construction of harmonious society to strengthen the doctor-patient communication and enhance their mutual understanding and trust during the operation. The priority of doctor-patient communication is to grant the patients Informed consent right before the operation; the prudent behavior and remarks of clinical professionals during the operation; the resolution of difficulties and troubles for the patients after the operation.
