摘要
目的研究医学信息工程专业认证标准体系,旨在为专业认证评估提供参照标准,规范人才培养质量与效果。方法通过调研国内外高校本科专业认证评估研究文献资料,并对资料进行归纳、分析,确立专业认证标准设计思想、设计范围及其相应内涵。结果已构建医学信息工程专业认证评估标准,其标准内涵包括通用标准与个性化标准两部分,以通用标准为平台,表达工程教育技术知识口径宽,突出人才培养基础扎实,培养规格稳定性;个性化标准切入专业培养基础性标准和要求,人才培养战策及其机制、路径;体现人才培养的地方特色、校本特色、专业个性化特色。结论专业认证标准体系,对于深化医学信息工程教育改革起着重要作用,其核心功能是对学生学习内容、学习目标进行了规范化,学习质量与效果可测化、标准化。
Objective： Study medical information engineering professional certification standard system, designed to provide professional certification assessment reference standard, standardize the talent training quality and effect. Methods： Through investigation and research, undergraduate professional certification evaluation in colleges and universities at home and abroad literature, induction, analysis and data, establishing professional certification standard and its corresponding design principles, design range. Results： Has built evaluation of medical information engineering professional certification standards, its standard content includes two parts of the basic standard and personalized, in basic standards for platform, express wide caliber engineering education technology knowledge, a solid outstanding talent training, training specifications stability; Basic standards and requirements, personalized standards into the professional training personnel training tactics and its mechanism, the path; Reflect local characteristics, school -based character of talent training, professional and personalized features. Conclusion： Professional certification standard system, to deepen the reform of the medical information engineering education plays an important role, its core function is the students learning content, learning objectives for the standardization, the learning quality and effect of measurable change, standardization.
