摘要 义煤集团新安县郁山煤业有限公司压风机综合余热回收项目是针对燃煤锅炉带给公司的环保压力及用工、燃煤费用等提出的节能环保项目,通过研究螺杆式空压机能量损失的原因及余热浪费情况,设计了空压机综合余热收集装置及余热回收系统,根据公司目前职工每天使用热水总量,分析对比了在用空压机综合余热回收后的制取热水总量,并在设计基础上增加了辅助热源,辅助热源由2台空气源热泵机组组成作为应急热源,可满足郁山煤业公司不同生产状态下的职工洗浴热水供应。该项目投运后,空压机运行温度合理降低,减少积碳现象,降低轴承损耗,延长机器使用寿命,降低维修保养成本,郁山煤业每年可节约锅炉原煤消耗1 900 t,相应减少二氧化碳和二氧化硫的排放,每年可节约燃料费、人工费、排污费等相关费用。 Yima Coal Group Xin'an County Yushan coal limited pressure fan comprehensive waste heat recovery project was for coalfired boilers to bring the company's environmental pressures,labor costs,coal,energy saving and environmental protection project was put forward. By studying the causes of the energy loss of the screw air compressor and the waste heat waste,the integrated waste heat collection device and the waste heat recovery system of the air compressor are designed. According to the company's current employees every day with hot water amount,comparative analysis the company in the total recovery from hot press after comprehensive waste heat,and the increase of auxiliary heat source on the basis of designing the auxiliary heat source was composed of 2 air source heat pump unit as an emergency source,could meet the needs of the Yushan coal company under the condition of different production workers bathing water supply. The project put into operation,the air compressor operating temperature reduce,reduce the carbon deposition phenomenon,reduce the loss of bearing,prolong the service life of the machine,reduce the cost of maintenance,the Yushan coal annual savings of 1900 tons of boiler coal consumption,reduce carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide emissions,annual savings of fuel costs,labor costs,sewage charges etc. related costs.
