摘要
以风电、火电和抽水蓄能为研究对象,利用抽水蓄能的快速调节特性,形成抽水蓄能削峰填谷的静态作用、提供旋转备用的动态作用和环境保护作用的平衡。建立了节能减排下多目标多能源风火蓄机组组合模型,并利用多代理技术进行求解。对不同权重下多目标机组组合的各目标及其权重进行分析协调,能够在一次能源消耗成本、SO_2和CO_2排放目标上得到合理的权衡,使得系统的社会综合效益得到大幅提高。
Rapid response to load variations of pump storage is analyzed,and it is used to shift load,supply spinning reserve and protect environment and the multi-objective wind-thermal-pump storage Unit Commitment(UC)model is presented,and the multi-agent technology is used.Primary energy consumption costs,emission reducing and cascade energy storage are synthetically considered.Through the weight coordination of the wind-thermal-pump storage in the UC,the energy-saving and emission reduction targets are realized,and the comprehensive social benefits are improved.
