摘要
[目的]研究专业培训联合积极心理学对初责护士心理危机的干预效果。[方法]选择我院初责护士160人为研究对象,均为女性。根据病人辅导项目的不同,护士分为无辅导的对照组,只接受专业培训的专业培训组,只接受积极心理学辅导的积极心理学组以及接受专业培训联合积极心理学共同辅导的联合辅导组,每组40人,每组护士负责病人40例。干预3个月后,向4组初责护士发放总体幸福感量表(General Well-Being Schedule,GWB)、心理韧性调查表、焦虑自评表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、护士满意度调查表,同时向病人发放病人对护理工作的满意度调查表,通过随访初责护士升职为高责护士的时间综合评价干预情况。[结果]4组初责护士干预后GWB、心理韧性、SAS评分、护士满意度及病人对护理满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合受训组护士GWB得分、心理韧性得分及护士、病人满意率均最高。4组初责护士升职为高责护士所用时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合培训组所用时间最短。[结论]专业培训联合积极心理学对减轻初责护士心理危机具有明显效果。
Objective: To study the intervention effect of professional training combined with positive psychology for mental crisis of primary nurses. Methods: A total of 160 primary nurses in our hospital were selected as subjects,and all of them were female. According to the patients' different counselling project,nurses were divided into control group without counseling,professional training group receiving professional training,positive psychology group only receiving positive psychology counseling,joint counseling group with professional training combined with positive psychology counseling,40 cases in each. Each nurse was responsible for 40 cases of patients. After 3 months of intervention,the 4 groups of primary nurses were given the General Well-Being Schedule,Psychological Resilience Questionnaire Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Nurse Satisfaction Questionnaire Scale. Meanwhile,the patients were given the satisfaction questionnaire for nursing care job. Comprehensive evaluation of intervention was conducted by follow-up to the time of promotion of junior nurses to senior nurses. Results: There were statistically significant differences in GWB,resilience,SAS score,nurse satisfaction and patients' satisfaction among the 4 groups( P < 0. 05). The scores of GWB,resilience and satisfaction rate of nurses and patients were the highest among nurses in joint training group. There were statistically significant differences in the time of junior nurses and the promotion of senior nurses among the 4 groups( P < 0. 05),the joint training group took the shortest time. Conclusions: Professional training combined with positive psychology had obvious effect reducing the mental crisis of primary nurses.
