摘要
利用ANSYS/APDL语言建立油管挂参数化模型,将油管挂的结构尺寸、工作载荷、材料性质等设为服从正态分布的随机变量,并运用Monte-Carlo抽样法对油管挂进行随机有限元分析,得到油管挂可靠度为96.22%,证明了该结构在实际工况下的可靠性。通过灵敏度分析可知,油管挂总长度以及内压是影响油管挂可靠性的最主要因素。该结论为油管挂等其它水下复杂结构的可靠性及结构优化提供理论支撑。
By using ANSYS/APDL language,the parametric model of tubing hanging is set up. The structure size,working load and material properties of tubing are set as stochastic variables obe-ying normal distribution,and Monte-Carlo sampling method was used to analyze the tubing hang-ing by stochastic finite element method, get the tubing hanger for a reliability of 96. 22 %, which proved the reliability of the structure under practical working conditions. Through the sensitivity analysis, the factors affecting the reliability of tubing hanging structure are obtained. The total length and the internal pressure are the most important factors affecting the reliability of tubing hanging. The conclusions provide theoretical and technical support for the reliability and structur-al optimization design of other complex underwater structures.
