摘要
在单因素试验基础上,通过Plackett-Burman试验筛选及中心组合设计试验优化超声时间、超声温度和混酸用量三个因素对超声辅助提取人发中铅的影响。由响应面法建立二次回归模型得到最佳超声条件为:超声时间16 min,超声温度56℃,混酸体积6.50 m L。方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.18%。检出限为0.80μg·L^(-1),定量限为2.7μg·L^(-1)。t检验结果表明超声提取法和湿消解法之间无显著性差异,因此用超声波辅助-原子吸收光谱法测定人发中的铅方法可行,且超声提取法耗时短、试剂用量少。
The optimized extraction conditions of lead in hair were obtained by a Plackett-Burman design and response surface meth-odology on the basis of single factor experiment. The results indicated that the optimum condition was ultrasonic time 16 min,ultra-sonic temperature 56℃ , solvent amount 6. 5 mL. The relative standard deviation was 3. 18% ,the limit of detection was 0. 80μg·L-1 , limit of quantity was 2. 7μg·L-1. The results of t tese showed that there was no significant difference between the ultrasound assisted extraction and microwave digestion method.
