摘要
嵌入式人才培养的内涵是紧密实施校企合作,校企共同制定培养方案,共同培养人才。我们根据已有的分类分型专业人才培养方案,通过校企联合构建该专业嵌入式理论与实践教学体系,在专业课程、岗位见习、岗位实习、毕业设计等方面设计嵌入式培养方案。
The connotation of embedded talents training is expounded to be close cooperation between schools and enterprises. Schools and enterprises jointly develop training programs and train ta lents. Ac-cording to the existing classification of professional training programs ,th e professional embedded theory and practice teaching system are constructed through the union of schools and embedded training requirements are designed in the aspects of professional courses,job train ees ,job practice,and graduation design.
