摘要
医疗设备行业的多样性及复杂性,其所涉及知识的广阔性决定了医疗设备的采购工作所需的专业性以及工作的细致性。本组通过设备需求的采集、技术参数的编制和评分方法的设定三个方面来论述如何制作合适的招标文件,用以采购到能提高医疗质量安全,适应医院发展需求的医疗设备这一问题。
The diversity and complexity of the medical instrument industry and the comprehensiveness off the relevant knowledge deserves the carefulness in preparing for the purchase of medical instruments. This paper focuses on how to pur-chase medical equipment that can improve the clinic quality and safety and meet the needs of hospital development through three aspects the acquisition of equipment requirements, the compilation of technical parameters and the scoring method set-ting.
