摘要
本文用文献法及个案法,对第三方支付平台在公立医院的应用效果和发展前景做出了评价,并提出需要进一步研究如何对在保证资金及信息双安全的前提下促进及规范管理第三方支付平台在公立医院的应用。
This paper evaluates the application effect and development prospect of the third party payment platform in public hospitals by means of literature and case law, and puts forward the need to further study how to promote and standard-ize the management of third parties under the premise of ensuring the double security of funds and information and the applica-tion of payment platform in public hospitals.
