摘要
开启窗脱落已成为既有玻璃幕墙仅次于钢化玻璃自爆的重要灾难问题。本文针对玻璃幕墙开启窗形式和常见安全性问题进行分析研究,总结发现开启窗坠落原因集中在两方面:框与龙骨的连接不可靠;框与开启扇(摩擦铰链式、挂钩式)的连接不可靠,进而分别分析各问题的成因并建议合理的工程做法,同时针对规范中的不足提出增加开启窗的承载能力验算和检测要求,为玻璃幕墙的设计、施工、监督检查提供参考。
The fall off of operating windows has become a second important security issue of the glass curtain walls after tempered glass' explosiveness. This paper analyzed the window form and common safety of glass curtain wall, concluded that. the cause of the window fall was concentrated in two aspects: the connection between the frame and the keel was not reliable;the connection between the frame and the opening fan (friction hinge type, hook type) was not reliable; and then analyzed the causes of the problems and propose reasonable engineering practices, meanwhile, put forward to increasing load capacity checking and testing requirements of open windows for any shortfall in the specification, which could provide reference for the design, construction and supervision of glass curtain wall.
