摘要 针对建材装备制造企业大型设备的生产加工中数据采集困难、进度反馈效率低、异常发现不及时等问题,在分析企业设计、生产、外协、采购等流程的基础上,结合多Agent、移动终端等技术和设备,提出了以物料清单为源头的生产调度、项目进度监控及预警模型。结合企业信息化的特点和要求,设计和开发了针对建材装备制造企业的生产进度管控系统,该系统已成功应用于某建材装备集团下的多家生产基地,取得了良好的效果。 To deal with the problem such as difficult data collection,inefficient information feedback and untimely anomaly detection in the production of large equipment of building material equipment manufacturing enterprise,based on analyzing the flow of design,production,outsourcing and procurement of the enterprise,a model of production scheduling,progress monitoring and early warning was proposed by taking Bill of Materials(BOM)as the source and combining with some advanced technologies and equipments such as the multi-Agent,mobile terminal.At the same time,aproduction schedule control system for building material equipment manufacturing enterprise was designed and developed to meet the requirement of enterprise informatization.The proposed system was successfully applied in several production bases of a building material equipment group,and good results were obtained.
